- National Account Manager - Your National Account Manager analyzes your companies' goals and strategic direction, coordinates the actions of the account team, monitors account satisfaction, and sets nationwide pricing.
- Operations Specialist - The Operations Specialist manages all aspects of the installation process, including scheduling and implementation, contractor supervision, and customer communication. They monitor quality control, making sure you're satisfied with your solution. The Operations Specialist is your point of contact for changes, ensuring smooth implementation, and providing uniform material and labor pricing.
- Technical Support Advisor - The Technical Support Advisor, located in the National Response Center, fields service questions, manages daily trouble load, coordinates technical resources, provides service reporting, and ensures quality control and service satisfaction.
- Business Manager - The Business Manager is your point of contact for invoicing, terms, financing, and billing procedures.
- Local Offices Nationwide - TELECO's nationwide dealer network provides a local presence for each branch of your company. They are available for site surveys, product demonstrations, and assessments, and can coordinate projects with the management of your local offices.
